The opportunity:

Set TAPI's portfolio strategy and translate Business Needs into Portfolio Strategy and actions.

Lead TAPI's portfolio from screening through selection to Product development in order to ensure portfolio optimization.

How you’ll spend your day

• Develop Portfolio strategy to ensure health of the business by selecting the right products and CDMO projects.
• Lead Teva API pipeline selection
• Screening of innovator pipeline, identification of potential candidates for Generic API development and CDMO opportunities.
• Planning, preparation and strategic analysis of new Products for New product Selection committees
• Analyze CDMO opportunities working with cross functional units to decide on project implementation.
• Develop criteria and parameters for new product selection.
• Drive pipeline review to ensure timely execution of IP creation and development.
• Optimize the different portfolio processes in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders, R&D, IP, finance and product management.
• Work in close collaboration with various functions within marketing, R&D, patents and finance organizations for selection and execution.
• Comprehensive market research to identify therapeutic trends, growing segments and competition landscape.
• Identify new opportunities in order to expand our portfolio.
• Identify and escalate all topics relating to the portfolio and bring to the proper forum.
• Responsible for pipeline & portfolio data accuracy in Teva API system and related working tools
• Manage Pipeline Portfolio and prioritization with R&D
• Responsible on milestone review forum including Agenda setting, Portfolio Analysis, alignment with stakeholders, Portfolio Score and Recommendation.
• Support annual planning and prioritization process of R&D milestones.
• Monitor patents activities to ensure focus on valuable IP.
• Prepare analyses and presentations to support various cross-functional strategic and pipeline related initiatives

Your experience and qualifications:

• BA/B.SC in industrial Engineering, Science or Similar, MBA an advantage
• At Least 6 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Very strong Project Management and Leadership skills
• Good understanding of a product value chain: including product development, regulatory processes and supply requirements
• Experience in managing global interfaces
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and drive a process via collaboration and influencing including management buy in
• Result driven and analytical thinking
• Ability to get decisions and solve problems
• Ability to prioritize and deliver also under high workload and with tight timelines
• Ability to work independently and influence in a matrix function on all levels, influence without authority
• Self-motivated and positive thinking
• Ability to lead and manage during time of changes and instability and lead by setting an example
