Chip Design Verification Team Manager

We are now looking for an experienced verification Team Leader

NVIDIA is seeking a strong leader with vast ASIC verification experience to join the chip design methodologies team. The team is in charge of the verification methodologies, shared code, training and adapting new technologies, and has a key role in making sure that the chip design team works in an efficient manner, and provides high quality deliveries. This position offers the opportunity to think out of the box and have a real impact in a dynamic, technology-focused company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead verification activities and team members in the chip design methodologies team. This role includes widely used shared verification code development, groundbreaking methodologies and innovation development with the goal of constantly raising the efficiency and the quality of the chip design team.
• Collaborate with designers and verification specialists across the teams to understand existing problems and form the best solutions and methodologies
• Collaborate with design automation team to provide end to end solutions that combine design, verification, simulation and automation.
  
  

What We Need To See

• A Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• At least 7 years hands-on pre silicon verification experience
• At least 3 years as a technical lead / team leader.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability & desire to innovate
• Exposure to design and verification tools

• 10+ years proven experience in verification and verification methodologies development
