THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled accountant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company’s finances are properly managed and that all financial records are accurate. You will work alongside our CFO, as well as with other departments, and support the decision-making process of the company.

Jor Responsibilities

• Recording and maintaining detailed records of business transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments
• Issuing invoices accurately and promptly to customers
• Handling monthly VAT, social insurance, and other required tax reporting
• Compilation and submission of annual reports, such as form 856, in compliance with relevant regulations
• Registering invoices from both customers and suppliers efficiently and accurately
• Registering bank and credit card transactions, making necessary adjustments
• Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, as well as customers' and suppliers' accounts
• Preparation of quarterly and annual balance sheets, including the registration of additional financial operations impacting these statements
  
  

• Type 3 accounting certificate
• 5+ years of accounting experience up to the balance sheet
• Knowledge and experience in Netsuite and Hashavshevet software preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Experience with multinational companies preferred
