Regional Sales Manager - EMEA (Telco Account)

This is an outstanding opportunity for an Ambitious person to lead a Major relationship & Customer in a Go to Market situation. This role is hugely important to BMC's growth and our quest to becoming a $3Billion company by 2027.
Join us as a Regional Sales Manager! As a Regional Sales Manager you will lead and develop You will drive the success of teams, bringing BMC’s world-renowned solutions to the customer, resulting in revenue satisfaction and customer centricity.
Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will own the EMEA territory where you will be working with BMC selling teams and BMC’s Major Telco partner to build and accelerate pipeline.
- Act as the main point of contact for BMC EMEA selling teams and BMC Telco partner . Throughout the full sales cycle, you will be supported by top, talented, product specialized Account Managers, Solution & Value Engineers, as well as a full ecosystem dedicated to BMC’s main strategy: customer centricity.
- Be the business owner of your relationships & Customer to increase our footprint, build larger deals, and help BMC remain in its well-deserved market leader position.
- Lead as a BMC brand ambassador, both internally and externally, and build trust and confidence with the customer, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
- As every BMC employee, you will be given the opportunity to learn, be included in global projects, challenge yourself, and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems.

- You will have worked effectively as a team member while also providing team-on-team leadership and orchestrating the internal and external resources needed to effectively manage the sales process
- You have previously demonstrated your ability to further develop your business as a trusted partner by an in-depth understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape, whilst having an ability to converse at C 'Level
- You will lead as a BMC Brand Ambassador both internally and externally and to build trust and confidence across teams, customers, partners and colleagues through integrity and professionalism while focusing on BMC’s main strategy: Customer Centricity and Value-Based Selling.
