Senior Product Manager

Check Point is looking for an outstanding Senior Product Manager for the Threat Cloud and Network Cyber security area.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

The area is responsible for developing and delivering Check Point’s threat prevention capabilities, detecting and blocking any attack – known or unknown - on any platform: Network, Endpoint, Mobile, Email, Collaboration and Cloud.

The area develops the industry’s leading threat prevention engines including: Anti-Phishing, Threat Emulation, Content Disarm and reconstruction, Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), Anti-Bot, Anti-Virus, URL and website security and much more.

These capabilities are delivered as part of Threat Cloud – a global platform that inspects data from hundreds of millions of sources from hundreds of thousands of customers in real time, preventing threats and sharing threat intelligence.

Our development groups are also directly responsible for developing our Network Threat Prevention offerings as well as emerging products such as Supply Chain Security and XDR, driving our very successful business lines to accelerated growth.

We use the most advanced technology to solve some of the world’s biggest technical challenges, including the latest cloud technology, Machine learning and AI.

In this position you will be leading product efforts for around 80 people directly as well as working with other R&D departments, outbound product management, product marketing, support, sales, and QA. Requiring interaction with developers and up to senior company leadership.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Work with customers, sales and other internal and external stakeholders to understand what will make our products great
• Take significant part in defining the product roadmap and be responsible for successful execution
• Be a part of the R&D teams, deliver vision and requirements and follow up on them until delivery
• Use Check Point vast intelligence and usage telemetries to drive product decisions
• Master the competitors’ solutions and find ways to differentiate yours
• Work closely with the UX designers to create the perfect user experience for your administrators and end users
• Communicate status and result to various internal parties including senior management

Your Knowledge & Skills

• 3+ years of Product Management experience- MUST
• 3+ years of R&D background- MUST
• Experience as an R&D manager – an advantage
• Experience with UX-intensive products for different types of users
• Experience with taking decisions based on data analysis
• Ability to see the big picture and coordinate efforts of multiple development teams
• Ability to dive into and understand technical material (machine learning, cloud, networking, cyber techniques and tactics)
• Independent, self-driven, results oriented – a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills leading and contributing to cross-functional teams
• Open mind to innovative thinking and bold projects
• Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical areas, English and Hebrew

It would be great if you also have:

• Background in the security area - major advantage
• Experience working with customers – major advantage
