Procurement Buyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Buyer to join our dynamic team.

-The responsibilities within the role include indirect procurement such as branding products, office

supplies, and catering.

-Monitoring procurement orders and delivery schedules.

-Coordination and advancement of deliveries.

-Continuous collaboration with human resources and the Admin department.

-Admin purchasing activities - including framework orders, conference arrangements, booking

meeting rooms with external parties.

-Handling supplier invoices, agreements, framework orders, withdrawal requests, and working with

local suppliers.

Job requirements:

-Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., industrial engineering, logistics, etc.).

-Background and experience in relevant procurement.

-Negotiation skills.

-Proficiency in English - both speaking and writing.

-Knowledge of the Priority information system and the IDF system - an advantage.

-Proficiency in Excel - generating reports and trend analysis.
