Business Continuity Specialist

Deloitte - the leading and largest firm in the world for consulting and accounting services is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Continuity Specialist to Deloitte cyber center in Israel.

this role requires a deep understanding of technology systems, cyber threats, and the ability to devise and execute strategies to ensure the resilience of our organization in the face of potential disruptions.

How your day will look like:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans with a specific emphasis on cyber threats and technological disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical business processes and technology dependencies to create effective continuity strategies.
• Work closely with the cybersecurity team to integrate business continuity measures into the overall cybersecurity framework.
• High-level Business Impact / Strategic Impact, Risk management, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying mitigations and response plans.
• Familiarity with business continuity methodologies

Skills and experience:

• 2-3 years Proven experience in Business Continuity, Risk Management, or other resilience disciplines.
• Prior experience in Business Continuity / risk management functions in large infrastructure/equivalent projects.
• Understanding of Incident Management practices.
• Technology orientated.
• Strong communication skills at all levels, including executive.
• Competent in delivering presentations and training to large multidisciplinary audiences.
• Strong analytical skills, able to transfer and analyze business and technology requirements.
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and risk management- an advantage.
