Your life at MAËLYS will look like…

• Lead the development of physical products, including branded promotional boxes, gift-with-purchase items, textile ancillaries, and retail samples.
• Lead development projects of textile, ancillary, and promotional materials for product launches, together with our team of designers
• Trend research & beginning-to-end commercialization of products
• Own timelines for production of retail support items such as sachets, packettes, deluxe size products, and gifting items
• Own pricing and manage budget for all projects, including cost negotiation and sourcing alternative suppliers
• Collaborate and support Product Development, Operations, & Marketing Teams in executing timely projects to support global expansion
• Support brand expansion to international retailers
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers from all over the world.

You will thrive in this role if you have…

• Fluent in English, able to give presentations and lead meetings.
• 1-3 years of experience in product conceptualization, purchasing, brand manager and project execution.
• Knowledge of mold functionalities and molding processes.
• A basic understanding of materials and textiles.
• Able to anticipate and mitigate risk, including dual pathing of a project to meet timelines.
• Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and/or Canva skills
• Analytical mindset and a hunger for problem-solving, passionate about thinking outside the box for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Proactivity, accurate, and assertive attitude, as well as teamwork player.
• You love beauty and trend-hunting.
