In the Data & AI Group, we aim to create an 'Autonomous Banker,' democratizing private banking by making expert financial advice universally accessible. Using advanced algorithms and machine learning, we construct systems for intelligent customer engagement, believing in universal access to financial counsel. As a team member, you'll develop predictive models, decode customer intents, and personalize recommendation systems, ensuring the Autonomous Banker serves clients proficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Optimize Models: Engineer, implement, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLM-based models to address business needs
• Collaborate on Model Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy models into production efficiently
• Conduct Research: Research the latest advancements in data science, especially in LLMs, and integrate relevant findings into our processes
• Communicate Technical Findings: Convey complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly
  
  

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field
• Demonstrate proficient software development skills with at least two years of experience in coding, primarily in Python
• Have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in developing machine learning models, encompassing all stages from problem definition to production
• Exhibit a strong theoretical grasp of Deep Learning, NLP, attentions, transformers, foundational models, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience with popular ML libraries.
