How you’ll spend your day:
- Leads the financial consolidation processes (monthly/quarterly closing, Rolling forecast, AOP , LRP) and ensures adherence to reporting timelines.
- Prepares all required financial presentations; reconciles all financials with the company's financial statements.
- Defines internal timelines, guidelines and templates, manages communications to all units within TGO.
- Provides sites tools for calculations and analysis, uniform templates supporting accounting policies to ensure constant and accurate actual & forecast reporting; Build robust monthly recon process.
- Identify irregular items and actively highlight variances or other business issues.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance planning, forecasting and reporting processes and accuracy.
- Improve planning and reporting systems and partner with IT constantly to challenge existing process in order to promote process automations, digitization and optimizations to allow faster deliveries of financial results and predictive analysis (SAC, GR, etc).
- Serves as main liaison between corporate functions, other BU's and pillar FP&A teams.
- Standardize and streamline cost accounting booking and recon process with clear methodology across all sites and BU’s.
Your experience and qualifications:
Education: University bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Economics / Management or other relevant
Prior experience: At least 10 years Professional experience in a FP&A or Global Finance role, managerial experience is an advantage
Other: Fluent English, superb analytical skills, ability to independently lead projects, excellent communication and presentation skills, Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, data planning and analysis tools, Experience with SAP or another ERP system, Excellent analytical, communication and presentational skills, Team player, Ability to work independently and under pressure
