How you’ll spend your day:
Define & maintain a long term network & product strategy for the ODS technologies/ products as part of the overall Pivot to growth .
Design and maintain a long term strategy for each individual site to ensure sustainable growth and Cogs optimization
General duties and responsibilities
- Work with segment leadership to define the design principals for the Solids Manufacturing Network (Capacity & technology siting, product allocation framework)
- Support segment and site functions in the development of long range site plans through clear communication of site strategy, portfolio requirements & network assumptions. Work with global, segment & site functions to facilitate identification of key initiatives & capabilities required to execute the site plan.
- Build and implement Governance Processes for the execution and maintenance of the agreed strategy
- Prepare analysis and recommendations on strategic topics to support discussion & decision making by Senior Management
- Active Member of SMSO & GNPS leadership teams
Your experience and qualifications:
- Education Required: Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Science or equivalent
- Education Preferred: MBA or relevant MS degree
- Experience Required: 15+ years total experience, 10+ years experience in the production of pharmaceutical products. Solids operations experience preferred
- Experience working in a global environment, leading complex, cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically. Proven leadership capabilities strong interpersonal skills including cross-functional teamwork, effective written and oral communication skills, advanced project management skills, strong multi-cultural skills, high energy levels, and a bias towards action.
- Ability to craft and deliver communication, influence audiences, and lead change management both internally and externally.
- Strong conceptual/analytical quantitative skills
- Ability to lead and influence without authority
- Ability to work independently
- MS office skills (e.g., excel and power point)
