Technical Co-Founder

At Weelrn, our goal is to revolutionize online learning by prioritizing social learning in the digital classroom. Our platform employs Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create vibrant learning environments that encourage meaningful interaction among students and teachers.

We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join our team at Weelrn. This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with some work from home flexibility. As the Technical Co-Founder, you will lead the development of our platform from conception to launch. You will work closely with our CEO to define the product vision, build a team of developers, establish the technical architecture, and develop the product roadmap.

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a solid technical foundation in full-stack development, database management, and UI/UX design
• Experience with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms and tools is a plus
• Ideally have experience building scalable solutions in an education or e-learning environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams across multiple technical disciplines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Additional languages, especially Hebrew, are a plus
• Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in an agile environment characterized by rapid change and growth
• Entrepreneurial mentality - willing to take ownership and responsibility for key business decisions and outcomes.
