Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager to join us on our mission to make a significant impact on the lives of millions affected by neurological diseases.

As a Technical Product Manager at NeuraLight, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our products, contributing to the advancement of our mission and working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment that promotes continuous learning and professional growth.

About the Role:

• Take an active role in leading the development of one of our key products.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, translating them into actionable business requirements using data analysis and market research.
• Manage the entire product life cycle and roadmap, ensuring excellent execution and successful deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical affairs, and operations, across all stages of development and deployment.

About You:

• Aligned with NeuraLight's core values (see below).
• Strong sense of ownership, coupled with a proactive "can do" attitude and robust decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects involving multiple teams across different domains in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of leading software products from conceptualization to production.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Advantage: Previous experience in early-stage startups.
