R&D Manager to join their team

Description:

We're a leading software company specialized in developing online gaming platform and games is seeking for a super talented R&D Manager.

In this role, you will lead a large group of passionate developers, analyze business requirements, and design a high quality and scalable solutions.

As R&D Manager, you will be required to undertake the following responsibilities:

· Lead and mentor in house and remotely development teams.

· Ensure effective design and development of the system following approved methodologies

· Participate in functional design specification reviews and work with technical team members to determine technical design approaches

· Work closely with Product Management to ensure smooth translation of business requirements

· Participate in project planning sessions

· Develop expertise in the application and technical infrastructure and ultimately become a subject matter expert

Requirements:

· At least 5 years of Enterprise Java / JEE application development - a must.

· At least 3 years of leading a team of at least 7 members - a must.

· Ability to design and develop enterprise-level applications - a must.

· Experience working with Oracle database - a must.

· Strong analytical skills, ability to understand nonstandard problems and find innovative solutions - a must.

· Thorough knowledge of and experience with Web Services and Spring framework - a must.

· Experience with Kafka, Elastic Search and Redis - a must. 

You'll manage developers located abroad & will be hands on R&D Manager.
