Company Description

HR Search Recruitment is an executive search agency that specializes in Accounting, Finance, and Hospitality sectors in Israel and Italy.

We are looking for an Accountant for tourism Company. The Accountant will be responsible for all accounting and financial reporting for our tourism business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience in the tourism industry.

Role Description- 8797 Position

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
• Oversee the accounting and reporting functions
• Manage financial risk and compliance
• Provide financial advice and support to senior management
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA or other relevant professional designation
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting in the tourism industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
