The Job

We are seeking a Senior PD (Product Development) Operations Manager to join our Engineering group.

As a Senior PD Operations Manager, you will work closely with leaders and cross-functional partners to identify processes, tooling, and workflow improvements to enable teams to work efficiently in delivering our Product. You will ensure teams across the organization work together to deliver high-quality products at speed.

Your Day-to-Day Role

• Lead and support PD deliverables in terms of processes and efficiency; execution and ongoing improvements of all processes and operational aspects of the Product and R&D organization.
• Lead and support the PD organization plan and execution from initiative planning to bi-weekly sprint content and weekly releases.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings at the PD level, Focusing on cross-team challenges to improve communication and collaboration. Tracking, and reporting on sprint/release status and areas of risk/opportunity.
• E2E implementation and best-practice enhancements for continuous Agile planning and execution using agreed continuous improvement metrics.
• Take full ownership of the “Own” release lifecycle, from kickoff to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps, across global teams to coordinate product releases, while meeting schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct release ceremonies; Kick-off, scope, content, timeline and Go-NoGo to ensure all aspects of release readiness.
• Work with relevant global parties to provide appropriate release documentation including the communication of release announcements.
  
  

Your Work Experience

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience as an Operations or Release Manager
• Expertise in the software development process
• Experience in SAAS based release management
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian
• Proven advanced problem-solving ability
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and context-switching
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently
• Strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, and process-oriented
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
