VinciWorks, a leader in online compliance training and automation software, is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the go-to-market team. You will hold a critical position as the voice of our company, responsible for creating a great first impression to potential customers, understanding their pains and needs, and pitching our solutions when there is a fit. In this role you will need to turn both warm inbound leads and outbound prospects into qualified opportunities for our sales team.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, eager to chase every lead while being highly professional and friendly in your approach. While strong personal and communication skills are critical, this is also a numbers-driven position. You will have monthly goals, and bonuses will be awarded based on performance.
As one of the first SDRs on the team, you will be helping to compose email templates to test, define automated cadences, write the initial scripts for phone calls, and create the playbook that will be used by the department moving forward.

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior level executives, clearly explaining the VinciWorks products and value propositions to decision makers.
- Expect to conduct both targeted outbound prospecting and high volume nurturing for warm leads generated by marketing
- Help create automated cadences, email templates, call scripts, which will become part of the playbook for all future SDRs.
- Work closely and collaborate with the company's marketing and sales teams
- Research and qualify potential prospects via LinkedIn, Google and other online sources
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to help ensure company revenue objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months experience in an SDR role
- Native English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A fearless positive attitude
- Experience within the compliance or elearning industry (an advantage)
- Experience with Hubspot (an advantage)
The salary for the role consists of a base salary of 8-12k shekel a month, and an on-target bonus of 4-6k shekel a month, depending on skills and experience.
