we are looking for a Scrum Master!

*Haifa*

In this role, you will be the go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work,

managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.

You will be working with stakeholders, developers, team leaders, QA, Big Data teams, BI, UX/UI and more.

Responsibilities

• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily meetings.
• Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Ensure delivery is up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Full responsibility for the internal communication between the teams and the creation of effective collaboration between the various parties.
  
  

• 2-3 years of experience as a scrum master/scrum project manager.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques.
• Experience in leading agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, pre-planning, planning, retrospectives, demos, etc.
• Background with JavaScript (with an emphasis on node.js and react.js) – an advantage.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
