• Work closely with our legal team and its interactions with other teams
• Assist in optimizing and refining legal processes for efficiency
• Collaborate with the legal team to implement best practices
• Support the contract lifecycle process
• Learn, utilize and implement legal technologies to enhance operational efficiency
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of legal operations metrics
• Participate in training sessions for legal and non-legal staff on legal processes.
  
  

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in legal operations or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech savvy is a must. Familiarity with legal technologies is a plus.
• Passionate, smart, hardworking, analytical, thrive in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Able to work independently and are a team player who cares about your work, team members, and your customers
