Director of Outbound Product Management

As an Outbound Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing outbound strategies to promote our products, generate demand, and increase sales. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber market, customers, and a can-do spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research:

• Interview customers analyse their feedback, surveys to gather insights.
• Lead customer focus groups
• Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings.

1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create effective launch plans and promotional campaigns.

1. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:

• Partner with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively sell the product.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, collateral, and campaigns that align with product messaging.

1. Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product launches.
• Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience of 5+ years product management, outbound marketing, or a related role.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Strong background in Cyber security - MUST
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
5. Strong technical background- preferably R&D/ Research lead potions
6. Highly independent and self-driving person.
7. Excellent human-interfacing skills.
8. A technology/engineering related bachelor’s degree. MBA- a huge advantage
