JFrog is looking for a collaborative and experienced Program & Product Operation Manager to make an impact on how we operate as we take the next leap in shaping the future of DevOps.

As Program & Product Operation Manager, you will drive new processes for the entire Program while steering through the different R&D teams and other departments, from planning to delivery, while ensuring clear visibility using advanced methods. You will work closely with R&D, Product Managers, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Executives and more.

As a Program & Product Operation Manager at JFrog you will...

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering, mid and upper management to ensure alignment with the company’s strategy, commitments and goals (OKRs)
• Lead cross-company initiatives and hold E2E plans
• Lead DevOps projects and lead the shift to a "you-build-it-you-run-it" R&D organization
• Drive and facilitate the annual roadmap planning and track the quarterly scope lockdown
• Manage highly technical cross-functional software programs, from inception to delivery
• Be a central player in developing the procedures, choosing the tools, and determining how to manage our programs
• Own the process by nurturing learning and supporting and supporting its adoption throughout the organization
  
  

• 7+ years of experience with proven Program Management and Agile methodologies at scale - a Must
• Technical background, with a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Cloud delivery and monitoring within a DevOps line of products (Must)
• Experience in leading large-scale planning processes and shaping R&DProductNPI processes - a Must
• Knowledge of OKR and stream-aligned team methodologies
• Experience in collecting data, analyzing it, and taking informed decisions based on it
• Experience leading large-scale organizational changes, and working both with engineers and non-engineers to drive results
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient with Jira - making the most of the Atlassian ecosystem, experience with advanced RoadmapsStructure
