About the role:

K Health’s Provider Engineering and Medical Infrastructure team is looking for a top talented hand-on Software Engineering Team Lead to drive the company’s top priority projects. Our team builds innovative products and tools that allow clinicians to provide top quality care that is supported by AI and other data science tools.

As a Software Engineering Team Lead at K Health you will:

• Manage a team of 2-3 developers that execute full stack projects.
• Mentor and help developers grow, both personally and professionally.
• Plan and lead execution of projects from start to finish.
• Write code, as well as perform code reviews to other team members and provide quality feedback.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams and stakeholders such as medical, product, data science, QA, security and more.
  
  

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience building web/backend systems.
• 2+ years of experience as a technical lead or team lead.
• Proven track record delivering web/backend projects with JS technologies - e.g. React, NodeJS.
• Delivery focused without compromising on quality.
• Passionate, innovative, responsible and talented, with great communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
