Logic Design Chip Lead

Our VLSI team of Mobileye - a group designing the chips for Radar and LiDAR systems for ADAS and autonomous cars.

The group is responsible for all disciplines of VLSI development and Our SoC products are new & 1st generation.

Our group is working in a Startup like environment with respect to technical expertise, execution & responsibility.

We are looking for Chip Leader that needs to have a broad outlook on the entire project on the one hand, while diving deep into the details when required on the other. The Chip Leader is not just a facilitator, he makes things happen due to his expertise, drive and passion.

What will your job look like:

• Drives execution of all of the VLSI aspects from project start to post-silicon.
• Closely monitors in detail the VLSI project schedule. Proactively identifies roadblocks and obstacles in advance and solves them.
• Closely monitors in detail the VLSI project KPI’s (power, performance, area, cost). Proactively identifies issues in advance and solves them.
• Escalation of all issues that need my intervention.
• Runs the VLSI project meeting.
• The Chip Leader is the primary interface and point of contact to all other groups working on the project. He presents the VLSI status in PDT and similar meetings.
  
  

All you need is:

• Over 15 years of experience in VLSI design and management .
• Previous experience in leading silicon projects or portions of large projects.
• BSc in EE or CE from accredited university.
• Proven ability to execute on the above defined role.
