FP&A Analyst

We provide a technology platform that powers the creation, distribution, and monetization of digital short-form Sports & Culture experiences.

We are looking for a talented and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A team in Tel Aviv. You will be responsible for planning and analyzing the company’s financials to ensure accurate recording and enable educated decision-making, budget control, and ongoing monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial data and results, and prepare reports for senior management, including performance dashboards.
• Build financial models to support forecasts, providing added value insights to management to support business decisions.
• Assist with ad-hoc modeling, reporting and analysis.
• Maintaining existing models to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
• Preparing the annual budget and performing on going budget control.
• Analyzing company’s financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets.
• Designing, automating, and standardizing robust and scalable FP&A processes and policies.
• Define and develop comprehensive KPIs, metrics, reports, and dashboards, including development, maintenance, and updates of monthly key metrics reports.
  
  

Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant analytical experience at an FP&A position
• English proficiency (speaking and writing)
• BA degree in a relevant field such as economics, finance, business and/or accounting
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Highly motivated team player with the ability to work independently and a positive attitude.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - a must
• Familiarity with Planning Analytics and NetSuite– an advantage
