Summary:

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for research and a knack for reverse engineering to join our mission: becoming the leading provider of trust solutions in the rapidly growing world of Generative AI.

What you'll do:

• Hack top of the line Generative AI technologies: Reverse engineer existing systems, and use the insights to fix them from without
• Solve problems that matter: Use your research to tackle real-world challenges in enterprise trust and security for Generative AI
• Build the next generation of Generative AI software: Implement innovative deep tech solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible. Build, design, and deploy complex software solutions
• Become an LLM expert: Train, fine-tune, and understand the internals of these powerful language models
• Collaborate with the best: Learn from and work alongside experienced engineers and industry veterans

Who we're looking for:

• An extraordinary researcher: You've got an insatiable curiosity and a knack for finding answers where others see dead ends
• A reverse engineering enthusiast: You can deconstruct complex systems and extract valuable knowledge from the unknown
• An experienced coder: You're fluent in multiple software development languages and can craft elegant solutions that solve real problems

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience crafting end-to-end solutions that wow users and solve real problems
• BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent real-world experience
• Passionate about innovation and cutting-edge tech, you're always pushing the boundaries of what's possible
• Knowledge and experience with LLM (Large Language Models), including training, fine-tuning, and advanced applications
• Excellent communication skills, to collaborate effectively with love for sharing knowledge
