We’re looking for a Business Analyst like you to join our BA team and our collective goal to empower businesses to succeed through data. As a Business analyst, you will make a direct impact on the company's business success managing the SaaS key performance indicators and business performance of GTM (FP&A, Sales, CS, Marketing) by delivering valuable insights and analysis.

You will:

• Proactively seeking scalable business growth opportunities.
• Work with cross functional stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical questions and algorithmic solutions (Monetization, Product, DS, Finance, Marketing, Sales).
• Design and maintain ongoing Marketing metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
• Perform research to understand user behavior, trends, and how it relates to the company's strategy and products.
• Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
• Analyze and monitor performance, user behaviors, growth opportunities, pain points, and actionable recommendations related to the business goals.
• Translate research data and findings into actionable/strategic insights

Requirements:

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant working experience as an Analyst - preferably in SaaS companies
• B.Sc. in Industry & Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent
• A curious individual with a strategic and business mindset, who looks at the big picture, with a track record of success in quantitative fields.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and be motivated by the challenge of a fast-paced environment
• Proficient level of SQL - MUST
• Independent and initiating, Problem-solving, can-do attitude and mindset
• Highly proficient in SQL- ability to create complex queries
• Hands-on experience with Python / Tableau etc..
• Experience with BI reporting tools - MUST (Tableau - big advantage)
