Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our amazing Finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Working with salary providers abroad - ensuring that payroll data is transmitted accurately and control of the salary calculation.
• Overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding payroll-related processes.
• Time and Attendance management
• Manage employees’ benefits such as pension and health insurance.
• Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
• Point of contact for employees’ payroll questions.
• Generate reports - responsible for generating payroll reports such as payroll costs, taxes, and benefits.

Requirements:

• One to two years experience in Israeli payroll processing– Must
• Knowledge of US payroll including 401K and health insurance - advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, Reliability, and Accountability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and team members.
• Organized with attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure and in an international environment.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level, both written and spoken
• Demonstrated capacity for self-learning and adaptability to new payroll systems or software.
• Advanced skills in Excel
