Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Business Development. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for creating and implementing new business development strategies, find potential clients, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of designing ventilated facades, balcony systems, glazing of facades and knowledge of the window, glass and aluminum industries;
• High communication skills, ability to negotiate and demonstrate the value of the product to the client;
• Understanding of project sales;
• Competent oral and written speech, active life position and desire for high income;
• Ability to analyze and research the market;
• Good knowledge of the engineering market;
• Proven experience in expanding sales and building relationships with EU customers;
• Knowledge of Russian and English languages at a high level;
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Responsibilities

• Search and attraction of new clients and projects;
• Active interaction with customers, including preparing and conducting presentations, specifications and commercial proposals;
• Adaptation of the company’s global goals in the global market and development of effective product promotion strategies;
• Providing professional advice and technical support to clients and selecting optimal solutions
