Head of Compliance

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users all around the world. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. As we expand we're looking for a talented and experienced Head of Compliance to join our rapidly growing company.

The Head of Compliance will report to the General Counsel. The Head of Compliance will be responsible for ensuring that company operations comply with internal standards and policies and will be responsible to actively monitor and help drive compliance management. The Head of Compliance, along with their team, will also help ensure that the company stays abreast of regulatory standards and fulfills the role of an in-house expert, keeping an eye on all developments and ensuring that compliance processes are fully implemented.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of privacy policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with GDPR, US privacy laws, and other relevant global regulations.
• Monitor all operational processes and procedures to ensure that the company is up to date with legal regulations and ethical standards.
• Research, record and analyze data as part of regular compliance risk assessments to ensure that the business runs smoothly.
• Train and educate relevant stakeholders so that they are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines.
• Manage a team of compliance specialists.
• Liaison between department heads on compliance related issues.
• Conduct regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law and internal policies and procedures of the company.
• Advise and assist stakeholders in the company as part of certification or regulatory processes, such as information security certifications and company audits.
  
  

• At least 6 years of experience in compliance in a company or as an external counsel on compliance related matters in a high tech department of a top tier law firm.
• Strong background with global privacy laws and their implementation
• Experience working in a large, global organization.
• Native, mother-tongue English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships across the organization.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage time well, prioritize effectively and handle multiple deadlines.
