We are looking for a talented and creative person who is passionate about the legal aspects of marketing activities and management counsel projects, knowledgeable about privacy compliance, and comfortable in a collaborative environment. What You’ll Do

• Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s marketing team.
• Structure, draft and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts with marketing vendors for different types of marketing activities.
• Review of privacy aspects in vendor marketing agreements, including data processing agreements.
• Advise the Wiz marketing team on legal, compliance, and privacy matters that are relevant to their marketing activities.
• Provide legal support to the Wiz marketing team in their management and collection of leads and data.
• Legal reviews of marketing materials.
• Support the continuous improvement of marketing agreement templates and legal processes.
• Manage a heavy workflow, setting appropriate priorities with internal stakeholders and delivering results efficiently and quickly.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 4-6 years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
• Significant experience in providing legal support to marketing teams.
• Experience in handling and dealing with data privacy matters, including a good understanding and knowledge of privacy laws (GDPR, CPRA and other global privacy laws).
• Licensed to practice law in Israel/UK/EU/US or with relevant legal experience or education.
• A pragmatic and “business friendly” attitude with an understanding that the legal team’s primary purpose is to support the growth and success of the business.
• Ability to take ownership of and to lead all legal processes in relation to Wiz’s marketing practices.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including during US business hours.
