Job Description

• Developing Discovery Patterns: Work closely with the development team to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow Discovery Patterns using JavaScript and Java.
• Product Learning: Demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp new products and technologies, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Infrastructure Understanding: Analyze and understand complex IT infrastructures, ensuring effective integration of Discovery Patterns into diverse environments.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1. JavaScript Proficiency: Strong understanding of JavaScript and its application in ServiceNow development.
• Java Knowledge: Solid foundation in Java programming to effectively contribute to the development of Discovery Patterns.
• Operating System Knowledge: Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Unix.
• Cloud Basics: Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms.
• Quick Learner: Proven ability to learn new products, technologies, and concepts swiftly.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex IT infrastructure challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

8. Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
