At Nanobébé, we always search for new and innovative ways to improve our products and services. We’re looking for a purchasing coordinator to join our team to support this goal.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management. They will be responsible for researching and identifying new vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with existing vendors. The purchasing coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all purchases and ensuring that all purchasing activities follow company policies and procedures.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ramat Gan. As the Engineering and NPI (New Product Introduction) Manager, you will oversee the engineering department and be responsible for developing and implementing engineering solutions that align with Nanobébé’s growth objectives. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will consistently ensure NPI operational challenges are identified and resolved in a timely and effective manner. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will also be responsible for achieving project deliverables on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• BSc in Electrical Engineering / Electronics
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in engineering, or related roles, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in NPI/Configuration control engineering or a similar role. Experience in consumer electronics is a plus.
• Deep understanding of engineering principles and technologies, with the ability to provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks and PLM systems such as Agile, Arena, or Teamcenter
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Self-motivated and proactive in learning new technologies, methodologies, and processes.
• Global experience working with subcontractors, including managing contracts, ensuring quality control, and
• Strong engineering and manufacturing process knowledge as well as product design for manufacturing experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to influence, motivate, and persuade others in a matrixed organization
• Proven ability to develop, maintain, and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally to drive successful project outcomes
• Strong organizational and project problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English; and Hebrew an advantage in ensuring that subcontractors meet project deadlines.
