Job Description:
Conducting procurement and managing orders for mechanical items and assemblies for divisional activities.
Handling customer requirements, transforming them into purchase orders, responding to emails, and managing invoices.
Negotiating with suppliers, handling price quotes, and facilitating communication processes accordingly.
Responsibility for optimizing orders with a broad view of the entire supply process, finding solutions to save costs in delivery and products.
Building relationships and fostering partnerships with suppliers.
Requirements:
Academic education in logistics/engineering/mechanical – mandatory
!Experience in mechanical procurement (3-5 years) – an advantage.
Technical knowledge and ability to read drawings – an advantage.
Proficiency in office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Negotiation skills, sourcing, ability to work with multiple interfaces and tasks.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
High service orientation and performance under pressure.
Efficient and organized time and resource management.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
Highly motivated, initiative, flexibility, innovation, and professionalism.
