Our amazing E-commerce team is growing and looking for their next top talent.

The eCommerce Marketplace Advertising Manager manages advertising and promotion across all international marketplaces, predominantly focusing on Amazon (but not exclusively), and reports to the International Online Retail Sales Director.

· Set up campaigns- both PPC and DSP.

· Optimize campaigns based on data analysis.

· Manage direct engagement with consumers using marketplace tools.

· Set up promotions, using (inter alia) Best Deals, Top Deals, coupons, and virtual bundles.

· Manage the Subscribe and Save strategy.

· Manage the relationship with the advertising teams from the marketplaces we work with.

· For marketplaces where we don’t manage advertising in-house: manage relationships with advertising agencies.

Qualifications

· Must have at least 3 years of experience in PPC advertising on Amazon.com.

· Must have at least 1 year of experience in DSP advertising on Amazon.com.

· Excellent English, both spoken and written.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

· Ability to effectively analyze marketplace data and analytics.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

· Strong learning abilities and passion for learning.

· Highly organized.

· Capable and loves working independently.

· Extremely diligent and goal-oriented.

· Experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.

Location

Candidates located outside Israel: fully remote.

Candidates located in Israel: hybrid work from the office (in Airport City) and home.
