Operations Manager

I am looking for an operations Director to manage the company's daily operations to ensure all production and supply chain aspects in a scaling up environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall activities of the production, purchasing, and logistics departments.

• Plan and execute new Mfg. floor fully supports growing commercial demand.

• Participate in creating Processes, procedures, WI.

• Full responsibility for planning and execution of working plans

• Responsible for all manufacturing aspects while ensuring high quality standards and requirements.

• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.

• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.

• Inventory and warehouse global management.

• Providing full support for quality department in the following issues: CAPA, MRB, equipment calibration, customer complaints and management review.

Qualifications:

• 5 - 7 years of experience in operational management

• 2-3 years of experience in Medical Device companies, Working in clean rooms environment - a must!

• experience in managing a small team

• Lean Manufacturing methodologies knowledge

• Familiar with working in accordance with regulatory restrictions

• Experience with ERP (Priority)

• BSc in industrial engineering – an advantage

• Strong management skills and the ability to scale up.

• Dynamic Start Up environment oriented.
