You will be responsible for:

Manage customers’ books (P&L and BS) and validate their accuracy, combining automation and manual tasks
Oversee the monthly books management process, ensuring the customers’ books are delivered on time
Manage ongoing communication with customers
Design, build, and automate client communication processes
Manage aspects of the year-end process of existing customers
Manage and tutor a team of talented accounting students assisting with manual tasks
Handle customer professional questions and build Finaloop’s Knowledge Center
Provide feedback to the Product team and support building and improving our product

Requirements:

CPA with experience in a Big 4 firm (Managers - advantage)
Demonstrated experience in designing and executing end-to-end processes
Proactive team player who can work independently, but also lead teams and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Native English speakers are highly desired
Tech orientation, comfortable working with digital tools
