Accounting Operations Manager

You will be responsible for:

• Manage customers’ books (P&L and BS) and validate their accuracy, combining automation and manual tasks
• Oversee the monthly books management process, ensuring the customers’ books are delivered on time
• Manage ongoing communication with customers
• Design, build, and automate client communication processes
• Manage aspects of the year-end process of existing customers
• Manage and tutor a team of talented accounting students assisting with manual tasks
• Handle customer professional questions and build Finaloop’s Knowledge Center
• Provide feedback to the Product team and support building and improving our product

Requirements:

• CPA with experience in a Big 4 firm (Managers - advantage)
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing end-to-end processes
• Proactive team player who can work independently, but also lead teams and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Native English speakers are highly desired
• Tech orientation, comfortable working with digital tools
