Customer Success & Monday.com Training Facilitator

Join ARDC as a teacher!

We're looking for a teacher to teach customer support courses in partnership with Zendesk and to teach Monday course in partnership with Monday.com. 

We need a teacher who can teach task management and customer relationship management software, with preferred specialties in Monday.com and Zendesk. As part of our economic inclusion program for refugees, we are offering training and certification with the aim of connecting our graduates to customer success and administrative management roles, locally and remotely.

We ask teachers to commit to facilitating two classes per week, 1.5-2 hours per class, for up to 10 weeks. If you're interested to teach immediately apply https://wkf.ms/3E1aYyx

Requirements

Experience with ticketing software such as Zendesk, Monday.com, or other similar software.

Significant experience in a customer support role.

Teaching/training experience.

Excellent English communication skills.

ARDC is a grassroots community-based non-profit organization based in Tel Aviv, aiming to promote economic and social inclusion for refugees and asylum seekers in Israel. With over 500 program participants every year, ARDC works to provide access to educational and employment opportunities, with the goal of bolstering social mobility and economic growth. 

We believe that refugees can contribute to Israel’s economy while also benefiting from it and gaining skills that they could use elsewhere in the future. We aim to address the need for stable and well-paying job opportunities for refugees in Israel, and on the other hand, the need for employees in various sectors. Matching demand with skilled labor will benefit both the refugee community and the Israeli economy.
