What will you be doing?

• Provide extraordinary service aligned with company’s culture and values
• Significantly Increase regional client deposits through phone and emails
• Ensure that all necessary verification documents are collected
• Document all communications with customers in the CRM
• Be an ambassador in carrying out the company’s vision and products
  
  

• native Spanish and professional fluency in English and Portuguese - a must!
• Have outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Have a strong sales orientation
• Have a service orientation
  
  

• Have former experience/knowledge in the Financial industry
• Have sales background
• Have a BA in Finance from a well-known establishment
• Have knowledge in Social Networking Platforms
• Have customer Service/Relationship Management and CRM experience
• Have an additional language at mother tongue level
