We are looking for a B2B Telemarketing and Lead Qualification Rep on a short-term contract / part-time/ freelance basis. Work hours are flexible and negotiable. This is a remote position so you can be based anywhere.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with a proven track record of cold-calling decision-makers and cultivating and qualifying leads. You can communicate with director-level and above prospects to understand business needs, key initiatives, budgets, and approval processes. You will facilitate a proper lead transition to one of the Founders to ensure a world-class client experience.
Qualifications
- B2B business experience
- At least 1 - 2 years of B2B telemarketing experience with startups
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experience selling HR, EOR, Recruitment services or Saas will be an advantage
