Your impact

• Build marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in line with company objectives.
• Build Cognyte’s brand in the industry
• Work with IR to position Cognyte's strategy and results with investors.
• Lead a group of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.
• Oversee the development and implementation of regional marketing, content marketing, video, digital and demand generation, global conferences and events, communication employer brand, and the knowledge center.
• Provide leadership and guidance to global marketing team members and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Utilize market research and customer insights to identify target segments, understand customer needs, and develop effective positioning and messaging strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and analyze campaign performance to optimize return on investment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to the marketing approach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and generate positive PR opportunities.
• Drive customer advocacy and loyalty programs to increase customer retention, referrals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, provide regular reports to the executive team, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing performance.
