Your impact
- Build marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in line with company objectives.
- Build Cognyte’s brand in the industry
- Work with IR to position Cognyte's strategy and results with investors.
- Lead a group of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.
- Oversee the development and implementation of regional marketing, content marketing, video, digital and demand generation, global conferences and events, communication employer brand, and the knowledge center.
- Provide leadership and guidance to global marketing team members and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
- Utilize market research and customer insights to identify target segments, understand customer needs, and develop effective positioning and messaging strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and analyze campaign performance to optimize return on investment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to the marketing approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and generate positive PR opportunities.
- Drive customer advocacy and loyalty programs to increase customer retention, referrals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, provide regular reports to the executive team, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing performance.
Your toolbox:
- Experience as VP of Marketing, with a focus on B2G/B2B industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and an eye for detail.
