Abstract
As a Compliance and Processes Manager within NICE’s Procurement, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust operational processes and compliance standards. You will oversee various aspects of operational efficiency, compliance with industry regulations, and internal policies to optimize workflows and mitigate risks. This role involves collaboration across departments, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Rresponsibilitiess:
- Compliance Management:
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
- Ensure the procurement alignment with legal, infosec and regulatory frameworks.
- Implement and monitor compliance protocols across departments and projects.
- Manage internal and external audits of procurement, initiate reviews of internal processes, act as a liaison for internal audits\external inquiries (Interna Audit function, ISO, Client questionnaires etc.)
- Risk Mitigation and Control
- Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Implement internal control measures to safeguard operations and data integrity
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure adherence to standards and policies.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with various teams (e.g., corporate compliance, legal, infosec, IT) to ensure alignment with operational processes and compliance standards.
- Provide guidance and support to teams on process adherence and compliance-related queries.
- Training and Awareness:
- Develop training programs to educate employees on operational processes and compliance requirements.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on compliance metrics, process efficiency, and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, compliance activities, and audit findings.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the operations.
- Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and implement best practices.
- Process Development and Improvement:
- Develop, document, and implement efficient operational processes and procedures.
- Continuously review and improve existing workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Identify areas for automation and optimization to streamline operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, or compliance roles within the software industry.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to software operations (e.g., GDPR, ESG, BCP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent Office and in particular excel skills.
