About the position

As the Head of Science, you will lead a high-performance science team, be responsible and oversee collaborations with medical centers and health leaders as well as managing the scientific publications aligned with these partnerships.

The role involves executing the product roadmap, designing, gathering data, and managing POCs as well as validation processes. This entails establishing excellent relations with both local and international partners and customers, an in-depth scientific understanding, the ability to manage multiple projects, resolve conflicts, and maintain a results-driven attitude. Additionally, it includes driving the submission processes to meet the requirements of international committees. The Head of Science will be reporting to the GM and Chief of R&D.

Responsibilities:

• Data analysis and model design, review, and validation.
• Manage article writing.
• Conference scientific domain.
• Collaborators - IL and external new collaborators.
• Data validation (new collaborators and data acquisition).
• Protocol design and execution including data management, reports etc.
• IRBs - writing and management.
• Data collection from collaborators.
• Review literature.
• Write SOW/protocol for POCs.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. with deep biological understanding.
• Extensive experience in molecular, biochemical, genetic techniques and analysis.
• 5+ years of industry experience in a scientific role.
• 3+ years of managing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate complex topics in an easy manner.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative style of working.
• Proven track record in publishing scientific papers.
• Excellent English skills, both speaking and writing.
• An extensive understanding of the oncology domain - Advantage.
• Experience with customer relations in the healthcare industry – Advantage.
