Role Description

This is a full time on-site Biology Research Assistant role located in Caesarea. As a Biology Research Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a young, fast, dynamic, and supportive environment. You will work closely with all the professional staff from all fields, contributing to fulfilling the company’s vision. The job involves hands-on wet lab work, where you'll be responsible for preparing and processing biological samples and assisting in experiments. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare biological samples for experimentation
• Process biological samples for analysis
• Support hands-on wet lab experiments
• Perform diverse tests to evaluate the attributes of biological samples
• Work with team members to establish and follow testing protocols
• Annotate data generated from experiments
• Document experimental procedures with meticulous detail
• Aid in the upkeep and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Contribute to the management of laboratory supplies
• Collaborate with team members on multiple projects, offering insights and enhancing a collaborative research environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology-related fields (such as Biology, Medical Lab Sciences, Embryology, Biomedical, and any other biology-related field)
• Desirable (but not mandatory): Experience in fertility lab procedures and techniques
• Hands-on experience in wet lab techniques is required
• Hands-on experience in working with microscopes 
• Hands-on experience in molecular biology experiments is a plus
• Precision and Persistence: Ability to excel in repetitive tasks for extended periods, demonstrating sustained attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain detailed records
• Effective collaboration and communication skills within a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively and clearly
