As the Senior Product Line Manager for Defense Solutions, you will be a key architect in shaping and executing our product strategy.

Your responsibilities will encompass driving innovation, ensuring product excellence, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams

to meet the unique requirements of defense applications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and execute the product strategy for defense antenna products.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, analyze customer requirements, and translate insights into actionable features.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including customers and partners, to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic leadership to sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure effective product launches and ongoing support.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.SC in Electrical Engineering \ Computer Science or in another relevant field – a must
• Advanced degree (M.Sc or MBA) – highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience as a product manager in a senior capacity – a must.
• Strong background and experience in RF – a must.
• In-depth knowledge and experience working with the defense industry – a must
• Proven experience with satellite antennas in a leadership role – a significant advantage.
• Exceptional proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams effectively in a matrix organization.
