Mixtiles is on a mission to create homes people love. We are one of the biggest B2C startups in Israel. We've started by developing the easiest way to get photos out of your smartphone and onto your walls and expanded and are constantly expanding our product catalog, with art (www.mixtiles.com/art), houseplants (www.easyplant.com) and XR entire home design app (Around) as the newest members. All are growing at a rapid pace!

Why do we need a VP BizDev?

Mixtiles is a well-known name in the home decor and "photos on walls" world, already touching millions of lives with our products. Yet, we're just beginning to explore the full scope of what's possible.

There's a whole world of potential partnerships we haven't tapped into yet, including well-known brands eager to team up with us, and unexplored territories in the finance market. We see these opportunities as major game-changers, capable of significantly boosting both our revenue and our brand.

We need a VP of Business Development who's not only skilled in making deals but also passionate about making a difference. You'll need the energy and smarts to quickly map out these opportunities and bring home the kind of partnerships that can transform our business.

What You'll Do:

• Plan out ways to find new opportunities and make the most of them.
• Build relationships with other companies that can help us grow.
• Handle the deals and partnerships, making sure they're good for us and them.
• Work with our CEO and team to make sure we're all heading in the same direction.
  
  

• Someone with around 10 years of experience in business development, consulting, or high-impact management roles.
• A good track record of working on big projects or partnerships, ideally in the U.S.
• Great at talking to people, building strong relationships and making them excited about what we're doing.
• Good at leading projects and making things happen
• B2C experience is a big advantage
