Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lawyer. The Commercial Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice on commercial contracts and legal issues, including data privacy laws. The Commercial Lawyer will collaborate with our team in Tel Aviv District to ensure our equity management solutions meet legal requirements and are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution
• Experience in commercial contract negotiations and drafting
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
