HEBREW-SPEAKING REAL-ESTATE AGENT

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, managing ongoing clients and properties/developments. The candidate must have a deep understanding the luxury real-estate market and have a lot of creative ideas; we work mostly with luxury and ultra-luxury properties and with international clientele. You must have good negotiating skills, understand the value in bringing in new properties and new clients, and be able to handle a large work-load of new properties, clients and other real-estate related tasks.

Commission based. Marketing, back-end, and campaigns are paid for by the agency. 

Responsibilities

• Bring new properties in Tel-Aviv, Herzliya and the surrounding
• Bring new clients + manage our large existing database + new clients that come in to the office
• Creative and active on social media, linked in, and have unique ideas for marketing (bonus!)
• Must know basics and advanced details on the market, housing terminology, negotiations and legalities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of real-estate experience in Israel
• Self-motivated and entrepeneurial
• Strong communication skills
• HARD WORKER WHO SHOWS UP TO LEARN AND MAKE AN EFFORT
• Patient and devoted to the team, and the clients
