Position Overview: Limay is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to contribute to the growth and success of our media ventures. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong business acumen, and a keen interest in the media and entertainment industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity for career development and the chance to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
2. Lead Generation: Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through various channels, including networking, and digital outreach.
3. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present our services, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for client pitches.
5. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
6. Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges, and analyze data to make informed decisions.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
9. Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Fluent English, both verbal and written. Other languages – advantage!
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
· Knowledge of the media and entertainment industry is desirable.
· Good knowledge of Excel.
· Analytical mindset.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Russian language is a big advantage!
