Senior Performance Marketing Expert (PPC)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Expert – PPC Campaign manager or an experienced marketing Data Analyst to join our team. You will play a critical role in managing and executing large-scale, complex PPC campaigns. You’ll be responsible for analyzing data, developing strategies to improve campaign performance, and collaborating with our creative team to introduce new advertising angles and ads. You will also work closely with our CRO team to build a roadmap of marketing funnel improvements and support client relationships.

• Own all marketing analytics aspects including analyzing, reporting and tracking of marketing activities .
• Manage, optimize and maximize ROI on large scale digital media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Tiktok, Snap, X).
• Constant conversion performance improvement by A/B testing ad copy, creative types and funnel experience.
• Collaborate with the creative team on new marketing angles and ads.

• At least 2 years of experience managing significant budgets, with a deep understanding of video campaigns – required
• Excellent wording/vocabulary ability in Hebrew (English – an advantage)
• High analytical ability (will be tested) and the ability to learn advanced analytical tools
• Able to multitask and prioritize among many competing needs in a fast-paced, fluid environment, and ensure delivery dates are met
