Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Manager role that is located on-site at the Lee Petra Grebenau Couture House in Herzliya. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and assisting the Manager with all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, inventory, business relations, scheduling, and customer service. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury retail, preferably within bridal or fashion industry is preferred, but not required
- Fluency in English and basic Hebrew is a must
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage operations, schedule appointments, and assist in sales
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Background in marketing or/and social media experience is a preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (must), Facebook, IG, Canva, Capcut, Mailchimp etc. is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in fashion, business or related field is a plus
